Wellbeing

Training to become a GP is rewarding, but it can also be demanding at times. Looking after your wellbeing is an important part of developing as a doctor and sustaining a long and fulfilling career in medicine.

Within King’s VTS we aim to foster a supportive training environment where trainees feel able to speak openly, seek help when needed, and support one another. Whether you are facing a challenging period or simply looking for ways to maintain balance during training, a range of resources and support services are available.

You are not expected to manage everything alone — reaching out early is encouraged and support is always available.
